The Luxofy Atlas

Find the layer.

We are turning the 1,026-category universe into a navigable architectural system — from the world around a building to the smallest visible, tactile and experiential component inside it. The first classification schema is live. Category-level mapping is designed as a many-to-many architectural discovery system: one underlying category, many legitimate applications.

The hierarchy

Not a catalogue. A map.

Every Luxofy category will be addressable through a common language: environment → property → structure → space → component → material / finish / technology. A category may live in many branches without being duplicated.

Classification principle. The same system can appear in multiple contexts. Backlit onyx, for example, is a material + technology combination that can serve a lobby wall, bedroom feature wall, bathroom vanity, bar, reception desk or outdoor installation. The Atlas keeps the underlying category singular and maps its applications.
Data model

One object. Many applications.

Luxofy will not duplicate a product because it can be used in ten rooms. A backlit onyx system remains one underlying system, then acquires relationships to walls, vanities, bars, receptions, bedrooms and other applications. This keeps the catalogue commercially clean and makes the same universe discoverable from multiple directions.
